Overview
Build It is a Homeschool Extras STEM class, where groups work together to build and create exciting projects. Kids will practice brainstorming, collaborating with different ages, and making adjustments when something doesn’t work. All supplies are provided, and we’ll handle the cleanup!
Class Details
- Activities: Individual and collaborative STEM projects
- Age Groups: Projects are tailored to different age levels, with older students tackling more complex techniques

Activities
- Collaborative Projects: Groups will work together to build and create various projects such as paper plate marble runs, catapults, self-propelled vehicles, and paper bridges.
- Problem Solving: Kids will practice brainstorming, making changes when something doesn’t work, and collaborating with different ages.
- Building Toys: If time permits, we’ll use building toys like LEGO, K’Nex, Lincoln Logs, or Picasso Tiles for additional creative fun.
