We will meet for 1.5 hours each week for 4 weeks. Students will learn different skills as we cook from scratch with real-food ingredients. They will be able to eat what they make or take it home along with the recipe. For our Summer session, we will learn how to make breakfast foods like waffles with blueberry sauce, crepes with strawberries and whipped cream, and breakfast sausage made from scratch.
